Special Issue: I Stopped Smoking!

This is not an seo-related but since I was successful for the first week of trying, I think I can share it now.

After 12 years of smoking, I finally forced myself to quit. I started last May 10 (1 week now) and I can tell you that I can overcome this. It’s been a week and I am not experiencing any difficulty. I tried many times before but I failed and did not lasted for 2 days.

Well I think it’s psychological in nature. There are only 2 main reasons why I forced myself to quit.

1. I keep breaking teeth because I cannot smoke without candy (really a bad habit)
2. My ex-girlfriend got married last May 10 and I promised to change myself when she got married.

To quit smoking is the hardest thing to do for all smokers and I feel lucky that I overcome this for a week now. Especially when drinking beer or brandy, I cannot drink without cigarettes but yesterday I tested myself. I got drunk without having a single stick of Philip Morris.

And to all fellows who wanted to stop smoking, find yourself a reason and make it serious.

Just a quick note from admin of this blog…..

  1. That’s good news, Raden. Hope you could do it consistently.

I know I have all the reason to quit, and I stopped 3x but I cannot resist the devil.

But knowing someone who stop really inspires me. It is really about discipline.

    See you around.

    Thanks.

  4. Congratulations, Raden. I quit 5 years ago after 18 years smoking. It doesn’t have to be difficult. I did a website on my method.
