But more and more fake businesses are emerging everyday. From crappy PTR, getpaid to, survey, data entry, assemble at home, etc, there are still a large number of populace being lured into these fake activities.

Let’s take a look at the so called “Data Entry” ran by mostly Indians. This data entry thing has been a sickness of message boards since 2002 and also one of the reasons why most public boards have closed due to spamming. I don’t see any logic on how this business runs and I don’t want to know. The only thing I can see is, they are spamming everywhere and when you try to join, they require a non-considerable amount. And the sad thing is, after you join, you will do the same thing – to spam!

Another biggest scam is still the “assemble at home” thing. For newbies, this is very attractive but for some of us, this is an old joke. Try to register and pay $20 to $40 and let see what happens next. You will get a lists of companies that allegedly offers “assemble at home” jobs but in fact, these companies never exists. And even if they are real, you only have their contact details and not the actual job of business.

How about the PTR industry? For me this is another type of joke and a total waste of time. Remember the AYS (Allyousubmitters.com) way back 2003? It’s the biggest scam in PTR history and after its fall, the evidence that PTR is dying can bee send on the traffic of Getpaidforum website. Well, there are still surviving programs endorsed by GPTboycott.com but for me, these programs are not real business.

What a real online business for me?

If you have your own website and you are earning by selling ads or through adsense and other publishers networks, then you are in real deal. But this is just a simple source that as a beginner in online money making might try (not that programs I mentioned above).

If you have time, dedication, and creativity, writing articles is the most decent online opportunity I have seen so far. For an average people who don’t have any money to invest to run his own website, you might try doing this. As long as you know how to write English and passed the buyers test, you can start your writing career with ease.

You might wonder why I almost abandoned this blog. Well it’s because I spend most of my time in writing and don’t even have so much extra time for my personal simple blog.

Here I want to share some secrets to you on how to find a good project in writing.

Real projects come from real people so you can always find them at freelance sites like Getafreelancer.com, Scriptlance.com, Elance.com, Rentacode.com, and others. There are also some directories that need writers like these Howtodothings.com and other “how-to-sites” depending on your area of interest.

The last big project I got was from Craigslist.com and I’m currently working on it. I need to write 50/350 words articles per week on different level of interests. This is the real data entry and writing and not that scam sites where you need to register and lose your hard earned money.

While you are writing, your knowledge on Internet is increasing because you need to do some research about each of the article that you are going to write. And that knowledge will be a better foundation to have your own online business in the future.
